Condensation polymerization is commonly used in the processing of adhesives, coatings, engineering plastics, fibers, films, and many high-performance polymers.In the condensation reaction, volatile monomers evaporate from the lower-molecular-weight pre-polymers to form polymers with a higher molecular weight.
In the kneading reactor, high process temperatures and low vacuum levels, combined with strong mixing and frequent surface renewal, can quickly remove the monomers and maximize the mass transfer efficiency. The highly flexible Kaizheng kneading reactor can complete various polymer-grade condensation reactions within a single machine, without the need for equipment modification between different production batches.
