Crystallization

The continuous crystallization process is conducted in a single-shaft kneading reactor,
which integrates evaporation, crystallization, and drying processes under vacuum conditions.
After the evaporation stage, the crystals remain moist and sticky, tending to form large agglomerates.
The design of the kneading reactor enables efficient drying, and combined with mild grinding, it ultimately results in fine crystals or granular powders.
This applies, for example, to the crystallization of polyols and sugar alcohols.
