Devolatilization




The direct volatilization removal process of the kneading reactor is the most advanced and economically efficient method for devolatilizing various polymers and elastomer.By increasing the residence time of the product in the process chamber, the removal of solvents and residual monomers can be more effectively achieved.At the same time, the degree of product damage is significantly reduced. Therefore, better product quality can be achieved while minimizing residual volatiles
The CNKZHB kneading reactor is highly suitable for removing residual volatiles from high-viscosity polymer solutions.This technology is typically used in situations where there is poor mass transfer kinetics after solvent removal.
To compensate for this deficiency in evaporation performance, a high surface renewal is required, and it should be achieved with the minimum mechanical heat input.
