Concentrated dissolving for homogeneous spinning dope

In traditional spinning solution production, the production capacity is usually determined by the maximum processing viscosity that the spinning plant can handle. In typical wet spinning operations, the solubility range of the solution that can be processed is 500 - 2500 pascal-seconds. Kaizheng Company has now adjusted its high-viscosity processing technology to address the complex processing challenges of today's high-yield fiber production lines. This technology can easily handle solutions with viscosities ranging from 5000 to 100,000 pa.s.

The final solution - "Our company's dissolution system" - is a highly variable system that provides operators with great flexibility in terms of the processing environment and the ability to accommodate various substances and solvents. This system takes advantage of this flexibility by separating the production of spinning stock from the spinning process. This enables processors to utilize the system's functionality to optimize the specific operating parameters of each step. The process is divided into two steps: mixing is carried out in the pulper or pre-mixer, while dissolution occurs in the dissolution tank. This technology allows for high customization in each step.

The ultimate effect of this design is the continuous production of continuous spinning slurry with the highest cellulose solubility and extremely high concentrations.

The highly concentrated spinning slurry flow out of the mixing stage and enter a separate dilution stage, where they are diluted to the required viscosity. The dilution degree can be adjusted to enable downstream spinning to operate at maximum capacity and provide the best fiber quality.

The key limiting factor for spinning capacity is viscosity, specifically the maximum pressure drop that the spinning nozzle can withstand. By separating the dissolution stage and the spinning stage, using Kaizheng Company's dissolution machine allows for optimal viscosity control in each stage. Whether using wet or dry cellulose, the result is a significant increase in the fiber production capacity of each production line.
